Practitioners who can be trained to deliver Triple P can be sourced from a wide range of professions and disciplines and include family support workers, doctors, nurses, psychologists, counselors, teachers, teacher's aides, police officers, social workers, child safety officers and clergy.
This means organizations or governments can easily train an existing workforce to deliver Triple P and can also offer parents easy access to a variety of Triple P practitioners in their communities. They can also choose to fund training of practitioners outside their immediate organization, which provides wider community access to parenting support.
Alternatively, organizations may choose to create special "parent support units", specifically recruiting new staff to deliver Triple P.
