- Has evidence to show that offering Triple P to an entire community (as opposed to targeting "at risk" families) can reduce rates of child maltreatment, foster care placements and hospitalizations from child abuse injuries.
- Triple P has helped approximately 4 million children and their families. It is used in 31 countries and has been translated into 23 languages other than English. More than 91,000 practitioners have been trained it its delivery.

- Subject of two primetime ITV1 series in the UK. Driving Mum and Dad Mad followed 10 families as their lives were transformed by Triple P.
- In late 2006 Professor Sanders met and discussed policy with the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, shortly before the Home Office launched a parenting initiative which included Triple P.
- Professor Sanders has consulted and advised governments at senior policy levels in Australia, Canada, the UK, Eire, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Iran, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. He has been a consultant to the World Health Organization and to the Council of Europe.
